Confidential support with school-related questions and challenges - for everyone involved in the school system.

Target group

The school psychological counseling center is available to all those involved in school life in Bochum: teachers, school administrators, educational specialists, students and their parents or guardians - from Grundschulen to Berufskollegs.

Services for schools and professionals

• Individual counseling, supervision, coaching

• Workshops and support for school development

• Topics: Classroom climate, (cyber)bullying, inclusion, psychological problems, conflicts, health in the teaching profession, crisis intervention and much more.

Offers for pupils and parents

• Counseling for learning problems, school anxiety, giftedness, conflicts

• Discussions with the school, conflict moderation

• Diagnostics for learning difficulties (in cooperation with the school)

• Advice also available in Russian

• Voluntary, confidential, free of charge

• Independent and impartial

• Legal duty of confidentiality (§203 StGB)
